NEW SHIELDED CELLS FOR SAFETY RADIOPHARMACEUTICALMANIPULATIONS


Equipment and protections to hold, to prepare doses, to manipulate, transport and storage of radiomedicines.

These particular equipments are characterized by the complete protection of the operator and the radiomedicine during the preparation.

Realizad with differentiated thicks of lead shields entirely lined in stainless steel sheets with insidw glove boxes alpha tight, absolute filtration, CLASS 100 laminar flow filtration for the protection of the area of radiomedicines preparation.

These hot cells are equipped of safety devices with interlocked and alarms on the doors, filtering system, filters efficiency, operating pressures and collecting system of liquid wastes.

The hot cells can be equipped of:
-automatic or semiautomatic devices for doses calibration contained in syringes, phials, tiny bottles or capsules
-automatic filling system of syringes with direct drawing from mother-bottle
-transport and transfer to outside cell the filled syringe into shielded container ready for the transport
-software interfaced with the automatic fractioner to schedule the preparation of the daily doses
-the finishing of the surfaces and the components inside and outside are easy decontaminable, the tight on the doors are realized with pneumatic gaskets or o.ring
-the opening and closing of the doors can be done manual, electric or by means of pneumatic-hydraulic devices

These cells are supplied with nember of register, handbook with commercial codes of the components, testing documents, safety instruction, validation protocol INSTALLATION QUALIFICATION & OPERATIONAL QUALIFICATION and protocol of routine tests.
